What’s hilarious is that Prager doesn’t even quote the law correctly; the law banned requirements for the schools to disclose the gender status of children back to the parents, which is to say that obviously if a teacher feels that it’s appropriate to share something regarding a student’s identity with their parents, that teacher can absolutely do so, but there is not law REQUIRING it. Very disingenuous.
