A group of pro-Palestinian protesters march onto 405 Freeway in West LA

The 405 Freeway, at National Boulevard, was briefly shut down around 9 a.m. Tuesday before California Highway Patrol officers responded to the scene and rounded up the group.

California Vehicle Code 22400 VC — the minimum speed law — prohibits drivers from slowing or stopping as to impede the normal flow of traffic. The section also disallows motorists from driving at a speed below an established minimum speed limit.
These folks are Impeding Traffic. In addition to Violating the No Pedestrians Rule for freeways
