Dr. Arinsu & Marba are going to use Innocent Buu's essence, Saibaman seeds, and some of Dr. Arinsu's saliva to create Majin Kuu, a Majin Saibamen hybrid with a genetic bond to Dr. Arinsu! Marba apparently grows Saibamen native to Demon Realm, hence why she has seeds! Majin Kuu is obedient to his creators like a Saibaman!

Considering the story is a variant of GT, because of kid goku, exploring with a small team, retrieving dragon balls from enemies, I believe in the final fight, Goku will get a new form, vegeta will beat the second tamagami and goku with new form will fight the third Tamagami buu absorbed. Fusion maybe necessary to finish it off.
