Phase 1- Introduce new characters. Ends phase with a team-up movie. We have our main cast. Phase 2- throw in a few new characters, continue the storylines for the main characters. More crossing over, helping grow the world. Ends with a team-up movie. Phase 3- elaborate on the already established characters, more crossing over. Ends with a huge climactic conclusion celebrating the depth and diversity of the world they had created.

Phase 4- pass the torch to a new set of characters, kill off a bunch of the old characters, introduce a bunch of new characters that go nowhere. Phase 5- introduce more new characters, very little world-building. Maybe ends with a team-up movie? If you count Thunderbolts as that.

Much more lackluster, I must say.

I've said it multiple times. The MCU should just be left alone for 5+ years. The franchise has run out of steam at this point.

I personally have zero interest in anything coming up for the next few years.
