My mother, born in 1926, had osteoporosis for decades until she passed at 92. For her entire life she drank plenty of milk. She couldn't understand why she had weak bones when she ate everything she had been told to eat. Eventually she was prescribed the pharmaceutical that damages/ destroys the jaw bone, Boniva or one of those I think.

Peaceful greetings, Dr Barbara. Your channels are vitally amazing.

I had a hip replacement 10months ago, due bone on bone, osteoarthritis, Dysplasia, Orthopaedic mentioned I was born with Dysplasia, osteoarthritis worsened over the years as i got older, became more active in high aerobics sports dance fitness. I now fear the hours and hours of daily high impact five times per week because I don't want my other side to eventually lose cartilage as my right-side. The Orthopaedic screened the left and mentioned it's close to minimal cartilage and that I'm with degenerative. I do about one-two hours of exercise, question is am I doing too much?

2. My grown childs skin in the legs, hands is rashy, layers of sensitive itchy skin, and the fingers turn white and with pain, especially in the winter seasons, his limbs are frail, pale with redness and is only in his forties. Would Celtic salt help the restoration of his blood cells if thats the reason perhaps? He makes sure to have water, but doesn't retain the water, nightly frequent urination. Could it be hereditary as I take in water throughout the day however, water escapes to quickly.
I've suggested leg elevations, feet, and hands soak in warm water with baking soda. His condition as he explained, appears to be worsening. How can we restore his and siblings back to health. Doctors don't have good enough advice, they just want to prescrib medications and thats unnatural.

I’m amazed at how many people I know of that are having, or have had knee and hip replacements.
It seems to me that God designed our joints to last a lifetime.
Many of the joint replacements I know of have not gone as planned…

If we don't wash our Greens well and throw away the water, what about all the pesticides on them. They say it's organic however I don't know how true that is in our country in india. We have heard how these chemicals are misused and no norms followed.

Thank you Barbara! Not sure what I've got . I just heard something in my knee rip and now I limp. An xray from my doctor said little arthritis. My knee is swollen. I just keep walking.

hello and wonderful video.. thank you. I have osteoporsis at 66.. I started to walk only about 2 miles a day... but then got 2 stress fractures in my toes ! Then, after those were healed, I was walking the golf course ( on grass ) almost every day and fractured my cuniform bone in my foot! What exercise can I do to strengthen my bones when I keep fracturing them? Please HELP !
