Very few times in my life have I been floored by hearing groups or performers for the first time. Dirty Loops just left me repeating "wow". Every one of them are so damned good at what they do. And you can tell as they honed their craft just how much chemistry they developed. Just absolutely stupidly tight performers.

First influence Jonah named is Lyle Mays. So happy always to hear Lyle's name. I hear it in Jonah's playing!

Just saw them in Nashville, those guys are TIGHT. You also wouldn't be shocked that there wasn't a single non musician in the crowd lol.

'Work Shit Out' is a masterclass in music on so many levels: composition, arranging, musicianship, production, etc. Rick, I would love to see/hear you do a breakdown of this song. My jaw dropped the first time I heard it - and it still floors me after multiple listens.

HOLY CRAP. After watching YOUR interview I've spent the next few hours educating myself on the music of Dirty Loops. THANK YOU RICK Great music is indeed being made by these incredible YOUNG musicians. As soon as they mentioned Lyle Mays I knew "this aint just some average band."

One of the funnest, coolist, Amazing bands, I ever have heard and seen. Don't you 3 guys ever break up. Be like the Stones and just do this special gift you have for thousands of people for decades. Sincerely, from 71 year old North Texas drummer, and Producer of 18 real albums. Ps. I Brought back the "acoustic" 360/361 bass amp. Cool.

Thousands upon thousands of bands put up videos online. The difference is some bands are just so good, that once it starts playing, the person listening is fully engaged. The first time I saw a Dirty Loop video it was the Baby tune... and it was insanely great and I watched it many times.

Within seconds of hearing Dirty Loops for the first time, I realized I will never be anything close to what you can call "talented" when it comes to music. Three of the most brilliant minds you will find. Looking forward to listening to this one

Thank you Rick for giving them airtime. DL has, almost single-handedly, renewed my faith in modern music.
