This is one of my favorites. The ominousness of the beginning with almost random-sounding 'dum's and soft but nerve-wracking pulses and beats, leading up to the full-on anticipation as the music slowly grows louder, growing in a simple but striking pattern of notes, only to lead to silence at the end. I love it.
