I hope Mr. McTeague is speaking into the ears of the participants of the tariff talks. It would look really good on Trump if he has to backtrack on diesel.

Not so fast Dan! ...I agree with you about the US needing Canadian oil, they also needed Canadian Aluminum. We played games and can now kiss future aluminum exports to the US good buy since they'll be fulfilling 100% of their shortages from Ukrain. Point being, if you think they (US) aren't currently looking to Alaska or Greenland or other for the same grade oil as Canada produces, well I would suggest that's a huge blind spot and Canada better grow up and start negotiating or our #1 and only customer, neighbour, and friends won't need Canada at all and all for short sited political gain...the state of our country is shameful.
