10:31 grated carrot salad sandwich (carottes rapees) - grate carrot, add 1/2 tsp salt, make dressing, 2T evoo, 2T lemon juice, 1T honey, 1T wholegrain mustard, pepper, squeeze liquid out of carrot and mix with dressing. have with mayo, egg and avo.
