I’ve been playing Lily and people seem to think she’s bottom 1. If she’s the worst character this game is extremely balanced

Tier lists mean nothing... A character in the right hands is what changes everything. I mean... Who would have thought blanka would have won that tournament in Florida that just happened.

Early tier lists are never accurate. Plus you still can use any character and pretty much still see success.
