I actually had a question that I'm hoping you can help me with, my good friend gave me a white gold necklace, it isn't too flashy, not thick but not SUPER thin... but it doesn't have that white gold shine, in some light it looks gold in other light it looks like the white gold.

Anyways my question is how much does it generally cost to have a small necklace replated with rhodium? And also if I get it fixed up nice, how long can I expect the new rhodium plating to last?

It's got something I think most of those watches are incredibly gaudy. And they're nothing that I would ever wear. I'm an aerospace machinist though, and the craftsmanship that goes into making the tourbillons and gears and springs in those watches is definitely something to behold. Behold. More into functionality than flashiness, I still appreciate those watches though
