What to do when you see someone using a White Cane

Should I offer help to someone using a white cane❓
When out and about in public people often don’t know what to do when they see someone using a White Cane. It is very important to ask permission before physically intervening or interrupting someone.
When you see a person using a White Cane approaching an obstacle, do not intervene as they will be able to detect obstacles in their path using their cane.
Unless you notice something that could potentially harm the White Cane user, it is best to allow them to navigate the environment independently.
