I like your no-nonsense style of answers. You don’t waffle around maybes, and coulds, and blah blah blahs. You cite your medical opinions of what you have seen works best.

I'm so happy you've mentioned bariatric surgery, I was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis 22.11.2021 and Multiple Sclerosis 08.11.2022. I had a gastric sleeve on 11.08.2023 my quality of life has improved my mental health has improved immensely, I go out more yes on a crutch sometimes but my confidence has improved I swim weekly and have been practicing mindfulness more. Dr. Boster, thank you for providing videos on multiple sclerosis. You have helped me immensely with my life journey with MS. Specifically, with continuing my DMTs. Thank you

Nice video. I do think baclofen pumps are underutilized, particularly in people with severe paraparesis and lower extremity spasticity who can develop secondary contracture and orthopaedic problems.

I would be interested in a video on the sleeve. I understand it has great benefits for MS.

Very interested in a full video on the neural sleeve! As a patient community we are so well-versed in the world of DMTs and other medications, but “mechanical” devices are pretty foreign. To the untrained ear sounds either like magic or vaporware, so would love to hear more about your experience with it. Thanks.
