Samsung has suspended pre-orders of the new Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro because the ear tips are tearing when people are taking them off of the earbuds to try and figure out what the issue is and fix it!

I got mine and they work perfectly. I even changed the ear tips without any problems.

I got them today. Immediately changed the tips to a larger size. They are easy to change, no need to pull them, just grab the base and twist a little counterclockwise, they come off easily

I don't understand all Samsung has to do is send new ear tips out to the customers.

I already gotten mine thru pre-order and have taken the tips off no problem. I pulled the medium off, thinking the small tips would work better. But took the small tips off and put back the medium back on. No issues. And also heard most of these problems were happening in Korea.

Apparently that’s not the only issue found. According to Android Police, these issues include "earbud joints not sitting flush, blue dye blemishes, loose case hinges, scuffs or scratches on the case lid, earbuds not sitting properly inside the case" - but one of the more prominent issues turned out to be ear tips that are a little delicate and difficult to swap safely

Got my buds early, I don't think I'll return it unless it breaks on me. The longer you wait the more extended your warrantee will become once you return them since they know it's an issue. This is essentially a free beta program. I'll force a exchange for the second verision even if it's a year from now. The only counter to this is if they force a mass recall to the people who have already received it. At the very least people who already have it should get free ear tips. That's going to suck for Samsung but it's their fault.

mine arrived and seem to be perfectly fine otherwise. i have not yet removed the tips, but the mediums like you also fit me perfectly. my plan is once these are officially released in august now and no inventory issues ill think about removing the tips to eventually clean them. by then, hopefully there's also 3rd party ear tips i could order if needed. otherwise, i have had 0 issues with my buds3 pro and love them

I unfortunately was one of the unlucky ones who got bad ear infection from the first buds pro then had the same issue with buds pro 2 so im hoping that as they say 3rd time lucky and they have sorted out the problem. Never had any problems with all samsung buds previous.

Stretch the earbud rubber you know like it covers stretch it out grab it by the bottom tightly and just wig a little bit tight and then pull it it'll snap off it won't take the ring away I've tried the three or four times it works just try it and let me know you got to stretch the head of the the bug you know you know like it won't switch out when you sometimes take it out of the ear and it stretches out just stretch it all out completely then grab it by the bottom part and just hold it tight and look and pops out

I pre ordered a week ago mine said a established delivery date of August 14th because they got delayed. Hope they fix the problem soon.

Received mine yesterday..no complaints..diffently a step up from the buds 2..bass is more.. punchey..stay in my ears way better then the buds..premium feel with the case..doesn't feel cheap at all as sum other reviewers say😂😂
