Sonali, I resonate with you so much. When you were talking about having less expectations for things in life and the idea of it helping you be happier/it helping things not negatively affect you.. I totally felt that. I’m a sensitive person/easily affected/ whatever you wanna call it, and even though I try to let things just slide, there are things that really just errrr.
