I boosted a naturally-aspirated Subaru Should I go with romreader or dyno it? I'm looking for reliability

I watch a previous video on "ghost tunning" I was told the xr8s boss 260 or modular engine it couldn't be done. Theres nothing on the internet what so ever. But watching your video I don't why not.. only saying this is because I have a xr8 with 60km on it I've brought a v2 setup but I do t want to fork out 4 5k for cams for a measley 14 20hp but I would love the loopy chunky idle

I have an 02 WRX that was tuned with an Accesport V2 by a pro tuner years ago. The Accessport V2 is no longer functional and I will be replacing my worn/broken turbo with a slightly larger turbo. Instead of having to buy a new Accessport V3 and also pay for Accestuner, I would like to tune via Open Source. My questions are will Open Source be able to extract and overwrite the previous tune in the ecu? Basically using the current Accessport dyno tune as a base map? Or will I have to make an all new map with the Open Source?
