rare guitar alert 93' made in mexico squier stratocaster by fender

I have one exactly like that found it in a local pawn shop strings were rusty or broke but the fit and finish was obvious so I bought it and of my 12 electric guitars I always play it it’s out all the time play’s better than some way more expensive ones a real jewel

Does it soung good ? What i heard that this squiers are 100% fenders with a chipper electronics. Thay did this lable only in 1993, the next year it says " Fender " and small "squier series" on the ball of the headstock
