Okay, I freaking love this. I've always thought in the swap au that Sabito would be like Shinobu, pretending to act like someone they've lost. Except, the thing is, Giyuu didn't act like he does now when he was younger. Maybe at first, but that would be because he just lost his sister and was recovering from hypothermia. And, honestly?? I think you captured the dynamics perfectly. Giyuu doesn't want to communicate because he doesn't wanna get attached in case they die. Sabito, however, knows that giyuu would want him to move on and live his life. The difference is, Sabito grieved faster that Giyuu.

Random fact I felt like sharing for no reason about this lovely video :)

So since Sabito killed almost every demon on the mountain during final selection, he would've killed at least 50 demons and saved lots of lives, so it's likely in this universe if he did live he would've almost immediately become a hashira due to his skill, and since he was 13 that would take Muichrio's place as the youngest hashira- thanks for reading my lil thing, have a nice day <3

I love how realistic and canon-like all the reactions are alongside how smooth the whole transition with sabito being there instead of giyu - you make it feel like sabito is the water hashira in the canon verse!! Also i love how you did his personality, Sabito definietly looks like the type who can grieve quicker, unlike Giyuu. However, like Shinobu, he also pretends everything is okay. man i love characters like that especially when they're written extremely well!!
All in all you did incredible with this reaction, i geniuenly cannot wait for a part 2!!
