My Journey to the Flex 500 551lb Trap Bar DL fail

4 Years ago i walked into a gym to keep my mind off Meth and keep myself out of energy while teaching myself to sleep again , i found lifting heavier Made my body crave sleep more Now 4 years later still havnt gone back to meth the gym is my new addiction
my first entry to the gym i saw a board and it was called the Flex 500 KG Lift Club
There were only a few names on it so i set 3 goals that week
Goal 1 Do 1 Muscle UP
Goal 2 Do 1 handstand pushup
Goal 3 Get my name on the flex 500 Board
ive done goal 1 and 2 and my current 1 RM's are
Squat 165kg , Bench 110kg, Deadlift 210Kg,
Total is Currently 485 KG so long way to go
