Two mighty longhorns of the American breed.

The suspense was high, the wait was a long one.
Would ol' Glory have a daughter or a son?

On the 7th of September, in the early morning chill.
Ol' Glory laid herself down with deliberate will.

A new heifer was born and opened her eyes
As the sun chased the stars from the skies.

The Milky Way blessed the calf with a gift before it fled.
A splash of milk white for a crown with stars of red.

A patriotic tribute of red and white from night sky blue.
Only the name of Alegiance would be fitting and true.
