During Operation Desert Shield, my unit traveled and camped in many of the places in your video as we moved into Iraq for what would later become the 1st Gulf War. Now, many years later watching this video it brings back many things I had forgotten. Mostly, I'm in awe that I was there and didn't even realize I was traveling and camping in areas of a biblical river that led to Eden. It's sorta of a surreal moment for me now. Im Iraqi Christian (chaldean) lived my twenties in Iraqi, and because of war, i never had a chance to see the marshes or any other ancient sites! Im Australian citizen now, and i hope i can go back to see my country again .
