Hello! I am a physical therapist/small business owner on a credit journey from what I have learned from Youtube! Not knowing about personal and business credit has cost me millions! Having owned 3 clinics generating 6 figures annually in the past and not building business credit: not knowing the POWER that my business would have had, had I known how to leverage the company's borrowing power.

1. Checking (3k) & Savings (7k)
2. Direct Deposit
3. $250 pledge loan (I paid 90% off the first month.)
4. Last week Opened save first account: $5
5. Last week Opened Easy Certificate: $55
6. Personal loan
"Stated income and Rent"= 81k and $600
TU: 715, 2% Util., no collections, and a 4.5 year old late payment. Relationship matters! I've had similar money in my back account last year, 90% Util and I only had 3 of the 6 products that I currently hold. Was denied from CLI multiple times in the last 5 years. Once my Util went low and my number of products increased BOOM! The magic happened.

BTW, I applied at 1:30 am (EST) on mobile app.

Great videos as always i followed your exact steps for my cash rewards card 25k CL.

My question is with this new application for the flagship card is did the cash advance limit ever show up for you?

Being that i utilize the go pre-paid cards to fund from the credit cards this would be an issue for me when i decided to product change my cash rewards card to the more rewards card as the American Express versions of cards cant fund my go pre-paid cards.

Hello, i enjoy your videos. They are down to earth and you give credit to the many other YouTubers who have informed their viewers of the many ways NFCU can be of great benefit to its members, I currently have the Platinum (15K), Amex 25K), and the Flagship (33K). Pledge Loan (4K), Flagship Checking, and Share savings. Listening to DSB, RM, CP, SB, and others, helped me to make very good decisions. I started this journey with a 600 credit score, now 775. I did make many mistakes and got denied many times. But perseverance, patience, and persistence helped me achieve a credit limit of $180K with 15 credit cards. I was able to do this in about three and as half years after being victim of identity theft for over 15 years. I plan to retire in a couple of years and do consulting with Business accounts already established with NFCU and US Bank (20K) combined. NFCU is the "Very Best" in working with it's members. There are many services available, and there is always someone there to assist.

Thanks for the info!! Been a NFCU member since 2010, 685 TU at the moment. pretty thick file with a couple of NF pledge loans, GO rewards 25k CL under 6%, MORE rewards 7100 CL almost at max. 8k direct deposit monthly into flagship checking, with no less than 5k sitting in the account. Should I think about pulling the trigger for flagship?
