The 'house' It is a part of the Circus Baby rental & service facility(aka Fnaf SL), and the Nightmares are just puppets on rails and there is gaz in the room that make the character hallucinate (not 100% , it's just a plausible theory since in fnaf SL we can see the "house" on the map)
