I have same jig.
As a cabinet installer I couldn’t live without it, definitely makes it quicker when you have to do a kitchen full of doors and drawers.

Handle was not straight at the end. Meanwhile, all you really need to do is drill the bottom hole, put the screw into the handle, then swing it up around the top. Like another commenter says, you can put some masking tape up and draw over the masking tape, find the right hole placement, then drill again. Will you make some mistakes every now and again? Yes. That’s called practice. Like this video creator should have done with his original video where he didn’t even get the handle straight despite having an otherwise useless single-purpose gadget for the task.

More money than sense - why not just place a piece of masking tape across the handle holes, mark their position, then stick the tape onto the door and drill.
