it is only good "on papers". but when something goes out of the path, why no one "remedy" it? why there is/are no response(s) and all keep silent when current/new implementation goes against what are on the papers. when one tries to leave (feel suffocated, inequality), they pushed the people who tries to leave back to the group (to get permission). why does anyone need permission from an organisation to leave? to enter no permission needed (takes 2 seconds), to leave needs permission (impossible), all turned deaf, dumb, blind. why must anyone be held as "captives".
