Sean, how do I get to merge the two pdf's into one, for kdp please? The coloring pages are 8.5 x 11 inches, but the cover is double that size, at 17.475 inches. I merged them but the cover (front and back, including the spine, ), but now the cover has shrunk to the same size of 8.5 x 11 inches of the illustrations inside the book? 😮 Its holding me back so I cannot get them merged to whatever size kdp wants, so therefore unable to upload them to kdp to publish them. I subscribed to Canva and generated images and a book cover from Magic Media of Canva for my storybook and uploaded but kdp blocked it, Then I used Canvas elements and created a book and uploaded but kdp blocked it. I asked the kdp community they replied you can't use canvas elements. What do you say ?
