1x3 (Medium Warm Up)
1x5 (Heavy working set)

Incline Bench Press

High-Low Flys
2x12 (each arm)

isn´t that too much volume in one session? I wouldn´t suggest more than 10-12 sets per session for each muscle group. Just my opinion. Keep it up ;)

Note this is too much of a volume to do twice per week if you are a beginner, even if for a weekly volume it seems an overkill

that is so many movements in 1 session. i wish i had the time for hypertrophy focused training. i can barely fit in 5 movements in 1hr and 30mins

why are people obsessed with supersets. They are simply inferior sets. You have less strength, so even though you get more tension on the muscle, it's for a shorter duration, because you are weaker directly after another set. If you are time crunched, do them sure, but supersets always have lower total time under tension due to less strength/energy on them.
