Recorded at a Toh Kay show on 5/1/11 at World Cafe Live in Philly. This isn't meant to be a video of him singing, it's just entertaining.
The sound isn't great, as I recorded it on a regular camera, but enjoy!

This kind of banter is why I want to go to see Toh Kay (and his guitar) as my first concert. Hope he comes to Houston eventually.

you know why streetlight meant the world to me from the start? i was so eager to share the best music my ears ever have been blessed to hear. i feel like anyone that doesnt listen to streetlight atleast once you are missing out on an entire chapter of life you dont even know exists within you. these songs capture the raw emotions of my soul and tug at my heart. i love streetlight manifesto.

He did something similar to this in SLC in November of 2012 with Streetlight, they were incredibly pissed because they got a venue change at the last minute and the stage in the smaller venue(where they played) was a death trap(Tomas' own words) so he said that they would play one more song and then turn around and we would close our eyes and they would count to ten and we would say "one more song" and then when they hit then they turned around and did the encore, it was hilariously

Thanks so much for uploading this. Most of the videos of Tomas on Youtube are just the music--which is absolutely amazing, don't get me wrong, but the banter is just as awesome. =D

@Parlo123 I kinda had to work for it. I asked all the people who were working at the venue, but ended up talking to the merch guy for a while. He basically said that he was going to come out eventually, and told us the doors he would come out (there were only 2 of us there at that point.) He ended up coming out about an hour after the show ended, so I wouldn't quite say that he hung out, more like stopped by on his way out!

It's nice that he played it's a wonderful life by BOTAR but I wonder if BOTAR will come back to do 99 songs of revolution vol 2 or whatever. Is Bandits still around?
