Do you have any guides on performance issues on ESXi VMs. As in booting into the VM and it runs slow. All my VMs appear to run like that at home on my small setup, but we also have the same issue at work (although I have nothing to do with the setup at work).

Not bad... Not bad... There is a free license key just for esxi, but you really can only run VMs. There are not any fancy features.
