Been watching you go since the early days of JKN when you and Geo started the workout content and then showing your life together starting the gym meeting some people that have stuck around to be life-long friends it's really dope to see man. You're living the dream bro keep it up. You were an inspiration to me 9 years ago when I was only 21 and you're back on my radar after a 5 year hiatus dealing with life but now I'm back in the gym and turning shit around and it's been a real treat to have so much content to catch up on with y'alls lives. I hope you, Mike, Geo, Nadeem and frankly everyone you surround yourself with are doing well and hope you're still sharing your lives with us 10 years from now.

Oh dang we're around the same age. I'll be turning 41 this year and was out of commission because of a herniated disc 4 years ago. Just got back in the gym this week and saw you injured yourself in later episodes. This motivated me even more now!
