The Downhill part of the Powlers route- along the A388 from Stibbs Cross to where it wins with the A386. Rode today with a cold headwind- the rider with the Black Gillet is Ethan Paddon, and the rider with he Yellow Exeter Wheelers top is Ian 'One leg down, one leg up' Moon.
