Hot drink for hot date 🔥It is literally HOT

💛Ingredients:
-Dough:
All purpose flour 310g
Hot water 80g
Cold water 100g
-Stuffing:
Ginger+Chive+peppercorn+hot water
Mince beef
Light soy sauce
Oyster sauce
White pepper
Potato starch
-Stock:
Chicken pieces on the bones
Beef short rib
Carrot
Onion
Parsnip
Celery root
Leek
Bay leaf
Salt
Black pepper
Gelatin powder

💚Steps:
-Roast all the stock meat and veggies in 180C for 40min, until they are brownish, set the stock to simmer without lid for 3h,

Add gelatin powder ( for 500g I used 4tbsp), leave it to cool down then put it to fridge for 1h until solid.

-Mix ginger+chive hot water, leave it to cool down for a bit then slowly beat it into the mince, add seasoning and stock jelly.

-Mix hot water into flour first, stir it into small chunks then mix cold water, knead it into a dough,leave for 30 mins

-Cut the dough and roll it into balls,15-20g for normal size bao (I used 80g for BAOTINI🤓), put steaming sheet or baking sheet with holes underneath and steam for 10-12min (the longer you steam the less soupy it will be)
