FLYING DURING COVID-19 // Airport Amsterdam Schiphol to Florence Airport

We flew from Schiphol airport in Amsterdam to Florence airport on 3 August 2020 and flew back to Amsterdam on 15 August 2020. This is our experience. RULES CHANGE QUICKLY, PLEASE CHECK FOR UP TO DATE RULES.

To clarify something I said in the video, on both ends, the health declaration is given at the gate. In Schiphol, there was a full process and someone checking your form at gate B0 (a temporary gate) whereas in Florence, your temperature was checked outside and nobody asked for the form until you boarded the flight. Keep an eye on your emails each day the week before you fly for important information.

Interesting video, next year I'm flying with KLM from Vienna to Nairobi with a stopover in Amsterdam. I think next year it will probably be a little easier with traveling. Will spend 3 hours at the airport in Amsterdam before our connecting flight to Nairobi. Very interesting! I was wondering how the airports over in Europe were handling travel during the virus outbreak right now. I find the fact that the flight from Florence to Amsterdam did not permit cloth masks rather odd. I hear you about filming in airports. I do that quite a bit, and I am always nervous when doing so! Great video explaining everything! I can't wait to see your videos from your trip to Florence!

I’m flying from Dubai to New York but my connecting flight is in Amsterdam. If you know can you please tell me what do I have to do when I arrive in Amsterdam for the connecting flight?
