I have always said being a 14 year old girl is one of the most challenging things to be and being their mother is even more difficult. I'm glad she is comfortable to talk to you and tell you how she feels and I'm glad you are showing her what it means to think for yourself and have strength. She is going to turn out great, just give it a bit more time .... (like, until she turns 15!!!)

Kimberly I LOVE your livestream videos. Well all your videos. The new Granita pattern is great. I really like the crossstitch quilt patterns. My sister and mother quilt and I crossstitch, so these patterns are real cool to do. Your Snow Village is BEAUTIFUL. I really love the FRAME. It makes the stitching pop. Thanks for all you do. Bats and Boo looks like it will be a fun stitch.

Props to you for teaching your children to enjoy being different and not just being one of the cookie cutter look-alikes. That’s what I taught my children is to be proud of who you are and enjoy doing what you want, not just doing some thing to fit into a group. Self-esteem is the best way to make that happen because when they serve themselves then they won’t care what others think and they can be the trend setters not the followers so again props to you!
