My family got this one at Costco and it was a hit at my house. Usually at the Indian grocery store it’s about $6 for one pani puri pack. All of the auntys and uncles kept asking me where I got them. I would definitely buy the Costco pani puro again.

Try mixing your powder with the Deep brand pani puri frozen sauce kit. They come in packs of three. Together it’s so good!

I have that 3 pack sitting on the counter. I also too a few and popped it on the oven, before filling. Texture was 50% better and tasted fresh.

I watched this video on Saturday, went to an Indian friends house for a dinner party and they had this. I ate 8 of them. She made the potato thing too. It was the hit of the night.

I am South Asian and I would be banished by my family if I served them Pani Puri/Gol Gappa like this 😅

You HAVE to have a Yoghurt sauce, a Mint Sauce and a Spicy Tamarind Sauce along with the Pani Puri/Gol Gappa water mixture. Half of my family dunks the Pani Puri/Gol Gappa in the water mixture and the other half layers on all the sauces instead. The sauce method is my fav. You can eat 20 of them and still crave more.

They sell the shells in flat 'wafers', uncooked. You then just put them in the air fryer for a minute. Cheapest/best way to make the shells.

Sadly, my costco is too much of a South East Costco.

I mean, sad that Indian food is lacking. The SE Asian food is fantastic though, and at a good price.

The liquid is usually a thin firm of tamarind. You can have yogurt with it as well
