This made me feel really good about my life though thank you 😊 no matter how bad my day is at least I'm not the person paying 3.5 million to live in a dirty looking house with tiny crappy cubicle yard.

I wish I could show you our backyard in Florida. Beautifully landscaped with tropical foliage, 4 season vegetable garden, banana, papaya, dwarf fig, and lemon trees. Blueberry bushes. Ginger, tumeric, garlic and herbs growing throughout the landscape. A patio with dining and outdoor kitchen shaded by a huge reclinata palm and a screened in lanai with dining area & lounge areas for mosquito season. Grass areas for the dogs to play. Cafe lights strung over the yard for evening ambience. A 6ft privacy fence around the yard for the dogs and no one staring down into our yard. We have wonderful neighbors who come over for coffee or cocktails. Location is 15 mins to beach and airport. 7 mins to downtown. All this for 15% of the cost of that Brownstone and no snow or freezing temps. You can keep New York.

Although it is barely shown in the video, it is a shame to see the removal of the original woodwork or heavy repainting of woodwork. Modern makeovers do not suit brownstones

I like how they bought a new grill for the show off. Didn't even bother to take the instruction out or set it up just drag it out the box and throw it in the back yard.

I like how the neighbors to the right there looks like they had a fire breakout. Alot of burned wood over there. yeah for 3.5 Milly o hell no. check your electrical box before it burns down as well

I like the 3 story “house” but the backyard is pretty much a “patio” not really much for kids to play or dogs to run around. 😢
