Before Lunch back at ‘The Well House Inn’ nearby, I take a Visit to St Andrew’s Church in Lower Kingswood, Surrey which I haven’t been to since February 2020. Building of the Church started in 1848 although there was an original Chapel Dating back from the Saxon Period nearby but was lost during The Dissolution of the Monasteries in 1536. This Church was completed in 1852 at a cost of around £10,000.

I love a bit of gloom and the pub really looked lovely in that light. Again, the food looks delicious!

Psychic archaeology - who knew! Liked the clip with the vicar. The vanishing tunnel behind the church looked intriguing. The pub was a nice, cosy retreat on a dreary day weather wise.

Love these rural areas inside the m25. The reason that path behind the church has such tall fences is because the houses in Kingswood are enormous - some real “footballers’ wives” houses there!
