A $$$ fine, a written reprimand, and allowed to retire with full benefits . . . NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

A slap on the wrist and given the chance to retire. No accountability. Our military is a joke.

As a former member who has read through the case and has inside knowledge, I honestly believe he deserves a harsher sentence after this guilty verdict.

This is disgusting! That judge needs to be fired and that man put in jail!

As an E-6 I was investigated, while deployed, because some one THOUGHT I had a Victoria Secret catalogue in my desk. Conduct unbecoming and this guy just gets a reprimand. Nuts.

He shouldn't be able to wear that uniform

As a retired USAF SNCO ... this is REPREHENSIBLE!! No way should he be allowed to stay in OR retire and receive pay & benefits the rest of his life! The "Judge" NEEDS to have HIS FILES LOOKED AT!!

I served 21 years, retired in 1995. Senior leadership today is an embarrassment!

Accountable for nothing, offended by everything.

I'm a retired senior Army NCO and I'm honestly not surprised by the punishment. If it weren't for double standards, the senior NCOs and officers would have no standards at all. If this were a lower enlisted soldier they would have thrown the book at him, possibly face jail time, and for sure be negatively discharged. To make it worse, this sorry excuse for an officer tried to pull the race card. Absolutely pathetic

He's a DEI hire.
And a disgrace....

In my 26 years in the US Army, the dozens and dozens of black officers I worked with SOMEHOW managed to have really successful careers, had no accusations of sexual harassment, and never blamed anything on being black.

This Lt Colonel should had been sent to Leavenworth and given a Bad Conduct Discharge but instead it looks like the judge protected him. Both of them need to out of the Army.

I was stationed there for 3 years and in my 24years in the Army. If this was an NCO or lower enlisted. They would have thrown the kitchen sink at us, no questions asked about it.

This has nothing to do with color. This is because he is an Officer and the Army barely throws a shoe at Officers when they mess up or violate their oath of office. Double standard.

Conduct unbecoming of an officer but he is allowed to continue being an officer? Every day this country crumbles a little more

As an Army vet I am disgusted by his behavior and the judge who bought his "because I'm black" defense.
