Whatever a person values the most should be most important.
Each person needs to be safe and have self respect and be respectful of others.
I believe friendship, ACTUALLY LIKING THE PERSON YOU ACTUALLY LOVE far out weighs any sex in the long haul, even though still important to have that attraction & chemistry.

True, but I'm not so sure that sex is why you buy the cow. Chad can get free samples everywhere, sure. Honestly, you want to stay away from all cows who are already producing milk. You want to buy a young heifer who doesn't produce milk yet and get calves out of her. That milk should be yours as a bonus, the calves (children) and meat (her commitment) is why you buy the cow.

This premise assumes that all women are equally desirable and ignores the fact that men will pay any price for a woman he wants badly enough. I also think this advice fails to consider the ambiguous concept of “too soon” when it comes to sexual timing. Sex before a man has invested emotionally and financially generally leads to women getting discarded for being too easy, especially if she has a less than perfect body. I have seen male friends lose interest after sex EVEN THOUGH THE SEX WAS AWESOME because they didn’t like how she looked naked.
