Well if you use the HD SRP you can also use a Volume Component and make it global. there are the same settings as in pp but even more. So, I would like to see a tutorial on that.

When I started Unity I had no idea that you could have ambient lighting, so my scene was always lit with 4 directional lights and shadows disabled
