Honestly, i don't see what the big deal is. If someone's offering to pay me an exorbitant amount of money to house sit for them and tell me to stay out of the master bedroom, I wouldnt be the least bit curious at all.

Just started listening, so I'm not yet sure what will happen in the story, but In what world would someone think it "weird" that someone doesn't want you to go in their bedroom if you are house-sitting?

I've had people house-sit for me more than a few times and every time (WITHOUT EXCEPTION) I told the person that was at MY house "do whatever, just stay out of my bedroom".
Can anyone tell me how that is an unreasonable rule?

When someone asks you to house-sit for them, it's always good to follow their requests. When they are paying you $600 a day, you box up any curiosity and throw it out the window. You have 4 rules while you're there; lock up, leave the master room closed, no house guests after 1 AM, and try really hard to not burn the place down. I know that wasn't explicitly said on the list, but it's a good rule for most situations in life.

This guy is a machine that is on run away mode non stop narration of some of the best stories.
I have tried to listen to other channels but they don’t even compare to the amazing quality of Steve’s narration, this is voice acting and the ability to tell a story that is presented in a package that in my opinion cant be found on any other channel.

I would’ve just been watching Netflix the whole time. Doors locked? Yeah, I don’t wanna get robbed. Friends gone by 1? I don’t socialize much, and my few friends respect me. Don’t go in the bedroom? Dope. I don’t wanna know if there’s a shitload of drugs to be sold in there ($8, 400 for two weeks would be understandable), valuable jewelry, or a sex dungeon. You do you. Okay... I do not feel bad for the protagonist. 3 simple rules. 3... Not 10 not 13 and they do not involve demonic creatures as much as he knew... It was so simple. This one made me mad at the protagonist, if he was that bored he could have just stressed LH and move on. C'mon... 3 rules
