Hi! Babumoshai, Divis &Abbot are the only pharma stocks in my folio and Divis is 6% and Abbot 4%! Of course, having bought both long back, crash is not troubling but, I'm happy with the results in such challenging circumstances and Im happy that the mgmt is very transparent and Shri.Murli Divi knows how to run the business! I will add at 2800-3000 levels if ot comes else Great Mgmt, Great Business, kya darna? Sab changa si! 🤠👍👍👍

The portfolio you show is yours or jointly owned by someone else?
In the concall Mr Murali Divi has said that the revenue growth in the next fiscal will be in double digits. If we assume that it may range in 12-15% for the whole fiscal, sales for next fiscal will be max 9000 Cr.

He has also said that the raw material expenses will be stabilized as the high cost inventory is fully utilised till this quarter. From next quarter raw material expenses may fall. The operating margin will go back to 30%. Op profit will be at 3000 Cr for next fiscal. Again growth of near 15%.

As the EPS contraction is fully priced in, we can assume PE will also not contract from now. So the downside is protected.

But for next fiscal things are not looking very good because of the high base of covid drug opportunity. 20% + Growth may come back in FY 25.
Max stock price growth will be 15% for FY 24.

I will look to offload the stock at the next rally.
