I really like the layout of several of these that you’ve shown. Is it not possible to have real seamless drywall instead of the mobile home vinyl walls?
Ps. The design by the designer to put the microwave in the lower cabinet is very on trend. It’s out of style to mount them as your vent now.

Are these 120/240 as far as voltage or is it like and RV which is 120 volts/50 amps?

So if the toilet is alone why not have a sink in there as well to wash hands. What will a person do if someone is in the shower area? Then like most people like myself, I like to get in the shower after using the toliet. With this you have to literally walk across the hall. What if other people are in the house?

"Floating shelves". Mmm hmm. Decoration in a kitchen is much more important than storage, especially in a puny house.

There ARE things i like about this tiny home. There are 2 things that would be a deal breaker for me. I'm so sorry, i don't like that you cannot stand upright in the lofts. Plus, the bathroom seems weird that you have to go across the hall to complete your private toileting. What if you are very or even if you are not!! You have to touch the sliding doors with icky hands!!!!
