How to set the clock on a Beko oven

This particular model is a BXIF35300X.
The oven sometimes doesn’t turn on until you’ve set the clock.

If this doesn’t work, and it keeps showing the message “On”, just turn the oven off at the wall socket to reset it, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on at the wall.

Hello Ian, the instructions for this model seem very sketchy. I've just bought this model today and can't understand whether you cook on fan assisted program which seems to be missing, as it only seems to have the program with the steam clean and fan, is it that setting for normal cooking? and then the same setting with 500mm of water in the tray at 100degrees.
