super light roasts
bottom paper filter or fancy basket (like weber unibasket) or both
20g in, 60g out
pulled on a flair 58
12-20s,
6 bar or less peak pressure
gentle saturation
then yoink to get the peak
then rapidly declining pressure profile with pretty steady or slightly decreasing flow rate

around 20-25% ey depending on what the coffee (and grinder) can handle.
