CZ 457 upgrade to a Kinetic Research Group Bravo Chassis . This CZ 457 came with the Boyd’s AT stock . What a piece of crap !!! I up graded to the Sako Green KRG Bravo Chassis . The difference is incredible !!! It’s not even close !!

GENERAL INFO FOR BRAVO CHASSIS
Bravo Chassis Rimfire: A Tikka T1x and CZ-457 variant of the Bravo Chassis provides you with the essential chassis benefits combined with conventional target/varmint ergonomics all at a modest price
The Bravo is one of the most comfortable stocks available but that's just the beginning. The price will make you and your wallet overjoyed.
The precisely machined bedding area will put your action in its happy place nearly like it was custom bedded in there. The full length stiff aluminum backbone will not allow the forend to flex on you but does allow design modularity with loads of accessories and even other KRG chassis.
The ergonomic adjustments are just what you need to fit your frame so you can pull off the difficult shots.
It's light. It's comfortable. It's modular. It's good looking. And it's practically free. You will love it.

I bought the KRG stock for my CZ over a year ago and couldn’t be happier! I will definitely buy from them again.

Now I have to admit, I've never really tried to Sh*t in a beer bottle, But I am with you on the Boyd stocks. They look kinda pretty and cheap, but you get what you pay for. Keep up the good work !

I love my KRG bravo stock, it’s also in Salo green and works great, I found you can actually buy an aluminum hand guard for it to replace the polymer one and change the buttstock out for the X-ray version. This is a modular design and love the arca rail it, along with the accu-tak arca bipod is a perfect set up so far lol it is worth every penny I even bought one for my 40x in 308 extremely pleased with the set up.

For a few months I owned both a 16.5" and 20" 457 MTR as the same time and I moved them from the stock MTR stock into both in a KRG Bravo and Oryx Chassis. After numerous trips to the range and about thousand rounds later, I kept the 16.5 in the Oryx chassis and sold the Bravo stock and the 457 20" back in its original stock. My current set up is a beast, and is almost as accurate as my B14R pair (carbon and steel). Not a fan of that Boyd's at-one stock. It's ugly. Keep the videos coming Joe.

Always enjoy your reviews Joe. I was just wondering why you never did the review of the EP5. I was anxiously waiting for it but never saw it posted. Did you review it and I just missed? Your reviews are honest and very entertaining. Keep it up!……….That’s what she said!

Totally agree! I order a Boyd's at one stock for my Tikka t3. When it arrived it had a crack running down the side that they painted and epoxies over. The grip was too small and just looked cheap. I returned it and was charged a 15% restocking fee which I was good with.

Great to know that. I'm thinking of getting a Boyds stock for one of my CZ rifles - my CZ527 (7.62x39) so I better shop around a bit more. Unfortunately KRG don't seem to do it. Cheers and thanks for the honest videos, as always.

I have a boyds featherweight thumbhole and love it. Pillar bedding costs extra

Thanks for the heads up! I was almost about to pull the trigger on Boyd's for my 457. See what you talked me out of? Shit! Only way to get manufactures attention is to call them out. Love your vids and your honest take on accessories. Take care till next time.
