Gas prices are high in USA? Don't Americans ever travel overseas? Most countries only wish it was as cheap as in America. E.g. over AU$2.00 a litre in Australia!!

Winter blend is expensive also. That usually doesn’t hit until late not sure what you are talking about. Prices go UP when they switch because of how they need to clean the storage at the plants. It then drops to normal average prices. It NEVER goes down. You haven’t done much research.
