So happy for Billy. He's been grinding and improving and molding the team despite the noise and being so close to being fired. Hope he is able to keep improving things and keep stacking on a good foundation. He's got a great QB for 2 more years to build around and, something no one talks about, you don't hear about Gator players in the news for the wrong reasons. Finally, you cannot deny that he does a great job evaluating players from high school as well as the portal. Banks and Jackson on the D line, Devin Moore, etc. Just happy that he can exhale and enjoy himself after the rough start to the season.

Just got to say how grateful I am to have such a great leader and coach in Billy Napier as the Gators coach. Loved his postgame on-field interview. Love seeing his authentic emotions. He is a man of integrity who cares about the players. He is doing a great job building up the program in the right way that will be sustainable. I'm ride or die with you, Coach, till the wheels fall off. Just keep going, don't let the negativity get to you, and know when the storms come, you got a lot of Gator fans cheering you on no matter the results.

For weeks, (and years), I have heard complaint after complaint with this team. I have felt the frustrations knowing what we are capable of, however, THIS is what I was waiting for! I have loved his mindset from the moment he arrived here. He was awarded a program that was in SHAMBLES and a sad excuse to what its standard used to be. I am so proud of this team inside and out! 🧡💙 well deserved coach!

DJ is a difference kind of talent. He has a great family and has been trained by great parents. Kid is amazing giving God the glory and praise. This Kid is only a 19 year freshman! The kid has a bright future!
