Had such a blast getting to hop in on a few open workouts this year with the CrossFit community. I hope everyone had a great open and congrats to all those moving onto quarter finals!

Glad you were able to convince SAM to throw down. It’s always nice to watch you get after it. (Murph Meltdown Memories. 😓😊 Yup!) Doin the Open w/others definitely makes it 100X better! SAM’s goal would DEFINITELY be my goal these days! 😊👍🏾 Looks like a cozy gym spot.

You looked SOLID and sturdy under that barbell and 210! Yowzers! That’s awesome!

It’s nice that you’ve come to terms w/movements which may not serve you well these days. And the “self preservation” you mentioned. It’s definitely WISDOM in light of your injury and just the fact you’re in a different chapter in life. (But pistols are still on the table, eh? 😁) So happy to have been able to witness it through the years as a result of your sharing.

And yes, keeping the, “I have some food I need to check on, ” just makes the video seem like we’re just chillin’ and having a conversation. plus any mention of FOOD is just 😄😜 ALWAYS WELCOME!

Glad you’re still moving and stay healthy. Yeah, there are plenty of things (Chips included.) I don’t buy ‘cause I’ll just run through way too quickly. But Siete is a good brand.
