You never know with Portugal honestly

Whenever France is the favorite they almost always bottle it, euro 2016 final, euro 2020 round of 16

But a Portugal vs France rematch would be awesome to see, based on qualification form, I think Portugal could go through and win as they won every match but France drew a match against Greece of all people

- I somehow see Albania surviving their group but going out in 16. Therefore the 4th of group B would be the disappointment.

- Hungary or Scotland my Dark Horses.

- Either Kane-Curse ends or Ronaldo wins his last major trophy.

I think you are underestimating Italy and while Germany is hard to predict I would find it surprising if they would lose against Portugal. They almost never lost against Portugal. The German team now is drawn together from many different clubs who will all play European finals and won’t be well rested (e.g. Rüdiger and Kroos from Madrid) plus the players from Dortmund and Leverkusen. There will be fewer Bayern players in this German side and they seemed chaotic this year.

I also see France as the likely winner but many players seem to lack motivation recently.
